Zeal Educators Global Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are applicable only for the remaining balance of classes that have not yet been taken. Refunds will not be provided for classes that have already been conducted.
2. Demo Session:
All enrollments at Zeal Educators Global are done post a demo session. This allows students to assess the teaching quality and curriculum before committing to a full course.
3. Refund Request:
To request a refund for the remaining balance of classes, students must contact our support team at office@zealeducatorsglobal.com with the details of their enrollment and the reason for the refund request.
4. Processing Time:
Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during enrollment.
5. No Refund for Completed Classes:
Refunds will strictly not be issued for classes that have already been attended or for which attendance was marked.
6. Changes to Refund Policy:
Zeal Educators Global reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to enrolled students through email or our official communication channels.
